The problem, the approach, the results.
Real engagements, told in full: the constraint that mattered, the approach we took, and how it played out. No hypotheticals, no anonymized composites, just the work.
Two failed builds, a conversation that changed the brief, and the knowledgebase that came out of it.
A client had already tried twice to build an AI-driven knowledgebase before this one, a vibe-coded custom RAG system, then a Custom GPT setup with inconsistent chunking and data handling. Smart Knowledgebase is what came out of sitting down with them to find out what they actually needed.
Inventory Count HelperBuilt overnight against a two-day deadline. Here's what it's grown into since.
A warehouse client needed a full physical inventory count reconciled against a 180,000-SKU ERP catalog, on a deadline set by install dates, not accounting. The lookup tool we built overnight to keep that count moving is now Inventory Count Helper, an internal W&W tool that's kept growing since.
